| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Alternatively you can give 01422 839888 a call and we will take the order over the phone clarifying any questions you may have. The office is open mon to Fri 9-5 and sat 10-4. We accept payment by Cheque, bankers draft, Cash or Bank TX. We do not currently accept any credit or debit card payments. For Lugarde buildings payment terms are an initial deposit of 10% with the final 90% of the balance taken 7 working days before delivery id due to ensure payments have cleared before despatch from Holland. All modifications to lugarde orders are free within the first 7 days of the order being taken, after which a modification fee becomes payable of £75. All orders can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days after the order is made, after which the deposit taken will become non refundable, this is to cover the administration, handling and storing of the building. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a Sales Order with receipt for deposit. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Delivery of Lugarde Log Cabins Cabins that are to be delivered directly to the customer will be sent directly from the factory in Holland (See List Below for exceptions) and offloaded using a piggy back forklift truck, the lorry is the large articulated type and unless there is a main road or parking suitable for this vehicle within a reasonable distance form the delivery point then alternative delivery option maybe required, this may incur additional delivery charges, (Reasonable distance from house is approx 150m) should you have any concerns please contact a member of our sales team on 01422 839888) EXCEPTIONS England and Wales (Directly from The Factory) Northern Ireland & Eire (Delivery via indipendent haulage contractor) DELIVERY COSTS England £122 Wales & Cornwall £242 Scottish Lowlands £ On Application Scottish Highlands £ On Application Northern Ireland £ On Application Eire £ On Application In the event of missing or damaged parts then West end sheds will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible but in some circumstances we may not be able to rectify the problem straight away as parts may have to be sent from Holland. Under no circumstances will West end sheds accept responsibility for delay in installation due to faulty or missing parts as this is deemed out of our control and will not accept any claims of compensation made against our company. However we will ensure that everything is done to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Foundations for buildings must be level and sufficiently stable to take the weight of the building (Please contact one of our sales team on 01422 839888 for additional information) Ideally the base should be constructed of Concrete, Paving Slabs or Timber Decking. Please ensure you leave sufficient room around your building to allow for the overhangs on the roof and also to allow you access to paint the building. Customers who do not allow for the overhang of the roof may find that building encroaches on their neighbour property, which could cause altercations. Should problems occur with the building following installation and upon inspection the base is found to be be out of level to such a degree that it is deemed unfit for the purpose then the manufacturers warranty will not apply, and any replacement parts required will be charged for. |
| Delivery Schedule Lugarde Log Cabin Deliveries All Lugarde Log cabins are delivered directly to the customer in approximately 4-6 weeks from placement of order. Customer orders that are to be shipped directly from the factory in Holland will be contacted by Lugarde with the day of delivery. Please be aware that the day given for delivery from Lugarde is not negotiable if you are unable to take delivery yourselves then it is advised you arrange for a person that is authorized to sign for the delivery, as goods can not be left without a signature. Should you be aware of any dates you will be unable to accept a delivery then this must be notified to West End Sheds at the time of ordering. Failure to inform us will result in an additional re-delivery cost charged to the customer. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee Lugarde gives a 5-year guarantee on manufacture and construction errors. Damages caused by people, animal or force of nature are not covered under the guarantee. Complaints caused by bad foundation, faulty assembly (When executed by the customer), poor maintenance and/or wrong maintenance materials are NOT covered under the guarantee |
